All land opportunities are brought to our Clients fully vetted by way of technical constraints, planning prognosis and buying certainty – de risking time and resource spent on your own land identification activity, bid proposals and construction cost appraisals.

What we do
- Working with you to understand your target locations we;
- Identify suitable sites based on geography, size, constraints, and planning prognosis.
- Manage the site purchase giving ‘locked in’ certainty during scheme development.
- Develop scheme layouts and appraisals taking into account local policy, constraint mitigation, building legislation, tenure requirements and long-term maintenance considerations.
- Provide full scheme budgets and cost plans
- Manage the design and planning submission and subsequent application through to permission, conditions and S106 negotiation.
- Provide an integrated, approved and experienced construction delivery partner ensuring the programme of works delivered on time and to the highest of quality and safety.
