This creates the opportunity for our construction partners to strengthen their operational pipeline with opportunity which is planning certain and fully costed within their own appreciation of constraints, programme and detailed scheme design.
What we do
- Identify sites and review planning suitability.
- Match requirements with associated Registered Providers.
- Produce architectural scheme designs demonstrating density and constraints in line with RP requirements and local policy.
- Provide the build specification and any associated site-specific surveys and reports.
