With Sterling’s relationship network of landowner’s and agents, we have access to opportunities ranging from ‘strategic’ to C3 outline consented schemes and work with individual landowners and promoters to match the right opportunity to the most suited purchaser.
Qualifying opportunities prior to introducing schemes for consideration plays a large part of Sterling’s approach, meaning sites being presented for consideration are robustly tested on its ‘buy ability’, planning prospects and headline constraints.

- Actively communicate land requirement needs across all our network’s.
- Review all site opportunities which are presented, by way of site visit and landowner meetings.
- Planning reviews to determine alignment with local policies and development prospects to understand range of opportunity.
- Present site opportunities which are vetted, and demonstrative ‘route to purchase’.
- Negotiating of offer terms and contractual conditions to enable an effective instruction to solicitors.
- Facilitating the legal and planning process (where required) to drive outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Overseeing the completion and any associated formal handovers.
