  • Identify suitable sites based on geography, size, constraints, and planning prognosis. 
  • Manage the site purchase giving ‘locked in’ certainty during scheme development.
  • Develop scheme layouts and appraisals taking into account local policy, constraint mitigation, building legislation, tenure requirements and long-term maintenance considerations.
  • Provide full scheme budgets and cost plans.
  • Manage the design and planning submission and subsequent application through to permission, conditions and S106 negotiation.
  • Provide an integrated, approved and experienced construction delivery partner ensuring the programme of works delivered on time and to the highest of quality and safety.
